Quiet cul-de-sac location, guest house connected to the main house, nice neighborhood, within 10 minutes of an excellent YMCA, Costco, and plenty of other shops. I went there to have a quiet place to work. During a serious heat wave the AC worked great. Well equipment with modern equipment.
