The den is also equipped with a self-inflating air mattress for additional sleeping arrangements.
The main living area exudes a luxurious atmosphere with vaulted ceilings, large windows, a gas fireplace, and a 65" flat-screen TV, all surrounded by a spacious sofa and several chairs, creating an ideal environment for puzzles, board games, and cherished family moments. This area seamlessly connects to a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, which features granite countertops, new appliances, and ample dining space at the main table, with extra seating available at the large kitchen island. Guests can easily access the private patio from the dining and living room areas, providing a tranquil spot to enjoy the views.
The primary bedroom is appointed with a King-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom that includes a double vanity and a walk-in steam shower. The second bedroom features a Captain’s bunk, which provides a queen bed on the lower level and a twin bed on the upper level. The third bedroom serves as an ideal option for individuals or a group of children desiring to share a unique space, as it is furnished with two sets of twin bunk beds. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner rules do not permit guests to smoke or have a pet on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or have a pet on or in the property.
