Outside, you can enjoy a shared garden and a private covered terrace furnished with outdoor furniture—the perfect spot to start your day with a coffee, have lunch outdoors, or sip a glass of wine at sunset. From here, admire the sparkling sea and the island of La Maddalena in the distance as the sky changes color in the evening.
The location is convenient and well-connected: supermarket 300 m away (about 8 minutes on foot), Palau center with restaurants, bars, and shops 850 m away (12 minutes on foot), Spiaggia dell’Isolotto 1.7 km, Spiaggia La Sciumara 5 minutes by car. Ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends, with many opportunities to enjoy the sea and the area.

Vista mozzafiato, pace e comodità
Pros: Complesso residenziale molto organizzato, tenuto molto bene, curato e pulito. Posto auto all'interno del complesso.
Vista incredibile da togliere il fiato.
Appartamento fresco e completo di tutto il necessario, come lavatrice, microonde, phon, catino, stendino, macchinetta caffè.
Letti comodi.
Veloci le operazioni di check in e check out.
Tranquillità, pace e mare.
Cons: Mancanza wifi, manca qualche forchetta e cucchiaino.
Un aspirapolvere sarebbe comodo.
