Over 3,250 sq. ft. of indoor space with 4 bedrooms, a super fun bunk room with loft that sleeps 8 and 4.5 baths accommodates up to 16 guests comfortably. Spacious Great Room with Living Room, Kitchen and 3 Dining areas. The room welcomes you with antique brick walls topped with large wooden beams, warm shiplap, 2 comfy sofas, 2 leather side chairs, an antique bench, an electric fireplace, 65" Roku TV, a custom Sea Turtle carved panel by the owner and tall wooden barn doors.
The round in the center of the room is perfect for dining or play games. The farmhouse trestle table seats up to 10. A lovely large chandelier hangs overhead. For a snack or to talk to the cooks, snuggle up to the 10' kitchen island on a bar stool. The Kitchen has loads of counter space for multiple cooks. There's a single bowl granite composite sink with garbage disposal, dishwasher, and a microwave on the other side of the island. A french door refrigerator and an electric range are flanked by counter space. Find lots of small appliances and room for groceries in the walk-in pantry. A coffee bar sports a 10 cup coffee brewer and a Keurig with glass & dishware storage overhead.
French doors from the dining area lead to a large covered patio, an additional uncovered patio, grill and griddle pavilion, and a stunning outdoor fireplace. The covered patio has . an outdoor bar seats up to 12 with a Roku TV, a dining table, lighted ceiling fans, recessed lights and a carved wall cabinet that holds grilling tools.
Saltwater pool with tanning ledge is the focal point for fun. It is safer for kids just starting to swim with steps in each corner (2 of which are also loungers) and a resting ledge on each long side of the pool. The hot tub is great in the evenings with a blazing fire in the fireplace and the patio string lights on. Challenge the gang to a bean bag toss game on the artificial turf area or go outside the fence to the 1/2 acre yard to toss the football or play baseball. 4 Hammocks under sail shades are fun and relaxing.
Back inside, bring your video game console and hook up the the 55" Roku tv in the game room. There's a kitchenette with microwave and a 2nd refrigerator with icemaker for cold drinks & extra food. A game/dining table and a snack bar across from the tv make for a great spot for the kids at night or on a rainy afternoon. Kids love the big chalk board for a little self expression art.
On the right side of the game room are 2 Queen Bedrooms each with a 43" UHD Roku TV. On the left side of the game room is a Queen bedroom with ensuite bath and the super fun bunkroom. The bunkroom is a big favorite with kids of all ages, but adults have slept there many times too. A large mural of a sailing ship greets you as you enter. There are 2 twins and 2 fulls on the 1st level. Climb the stairs for 2 more twins with a half circle window overlooking the backyard.
The short hallway to the north of the game room leads to a full laundry room that also has a door out to the pool area. Across the hall is a full bath with double vanity and a lock off room featuring a toilet and tiled shower. At the end of the hall is the very private and spacious Master Suite. A luxurious upholstered headboard holds a comfy king mattress. There's an electric fireplace, Smart TV, large closet with 2 doors, lovely large storage pieces serve as nightstands, a mirror, wet bar with small coffee maker and mini fridge, and custom barn doors withhand painted sea horses that lead into the ensuite bath. A large double vanity with 2 vessel sinks is lit by a mini chandelier and matching wall sconces. A Vigo rolling shower door opens to a jumbo tiled shower with shower heads at each end. A separate water closet completes the bath.
The Parking area is monitored by cameras for security purposes.
The beach is just 15 minutes from the property. OWA is just 11 minutes away. There are multiple golf courses, Tanger Outlets, The Factory, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, sports fields where tournaments are held, The Wharf, Dolphin cruises, Fishing, restaurants and bars all just minutes away. This home is the perfect place for family vacations, sports groups, wedding groups, ladies retreats, golf trips, fishing trips, and corporate retreats. The property is very private with plenty of free parking.

No smoking is not allowed inside the house. A designated container for cigarette butts is available on the back patio.
Events may be permitted only with written consent from the Host and will incur an additional fee.
