Apartment Central 1st floor - high-quality apartment on the 1st floor with balcony

Luxuriously on the 1st floor with south west balcony, elevator, 2 bedrooms, parking space. It extends over 93 square meters of living space with a large, covered south-west balcony and is equipped for 4 people. Very spacious living-dining area and design kitchen with island. The Miele kitchen itself is very well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and plenty of dishes, etc.

The apartment has parquet and tiled floors and is therefore allergy-friendly. Thanks to the elevator and the barrier-free design, the apartment is also suitable for people with disabilities. TV in the living room goes without saying. Private parking, bicycle storage, washing machine and wireless LAN are offered free of charge. The lake, the island with its lake promenade, the art museum and the Lindaupark shopping center invite you to visit.

Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for the next guests. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the municipality. With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Thanks to the available Safe Station key, late arrivals are also possible without any problems.

The keys are handed over using a key safe at a central station (not directly at the apartment). The code will be communicated to you 3-4 days before arrival. The prerequisite is that we complete the Have received payment according to our booking confirmation!

This is a beautiful apartment, modern and spotlessly clean. A great base for exploring Lindau and the surrounding area. We couldn't recommend it highly enough.

This is one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Modern, spotlessly clean and superbly equipped. The location for us was perfect as we didn't want the busyness of the island or the parking/driving difficulties there. We walked to the island most days, sometimes twice - it takes no more than 15 minutes. The neighbourhood is also really quiet and the apartment has a lovely large balcony with table, chairs and loungers. We couldn't recommend this property highly enough as a base for visiting Lindau and the surrounding area. It's a 15 minute drive from Bregenz and from the island, we took boat trips to Meersburg and Rorschach, which were all worth visiting.

It was the first time I booked accommodation with the agency and therefore was very much guided by the description provided on the website and also previous reviews. I was very impressed with the apartment - it was clean, spacious, very much true to the description provided and in a great location with easy access to the island, which is exactly what we wanted. Any requests or questions I had, which I asked the agency team, were addressed promptly and with great level of detail, which was very helpful, and I was also incredibly grateful for the visitor card that was organised before our arrival and that allowed us to make use of public transport when we needed it. Would gladly stay at the properly again and would confidently recommend to anybody seeking a comfortable stay in Lindau, just outside the island - perfect if you have a rental car given the limited parking options on the island itself.

Die Wohnung war ein Traum, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr gute Lage.Der einzige "Minuspunkt" war der Fahrradkeller, da stehen Fahrräder drin die sicherlich schon seit Monaten kein Tageslicht mehr gesehen haben. Aber das war auch der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sehr modern ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Balkon und einen Fahrradkeller, es ist ruhig und sauber. Die Informationen für die Anreise waren gut erklärt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, man kommt sehr gut zu Fuß auf die Insel, für das Auto gibt es einen kostenfreien Parkplatz.

Ferienwohnung Fee vom Bodensee

Einfach schön. Nur eine Sache sollte man ändern, und zwar den Wasserhahn am Waschbecken im Badezimmer. Der könnte etwas weiter zur Mitte des Waschbeckens sein und nicht am hinteren Rand. Das Ledersofa und die Kissen sind leider sehr glatt.Ich empfehle den Nachmietern eine Decke oder einfache Betttücher darauf zu legen sonst ist es ungemütlich und klebt regelrecht darauf. Aber sonst alles super, wir kommen garantiert nochmal. Sehr Zentral gelegen, nahe Einkaufszentrum un nicht weit zur Insel Lindau und Therme Lindau mit hervorragendem Strandbad. Sehr große, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit allem Comfort. Für uns war die exklusive Polstergarnitur schlecht geeignet, weil sie recht niedrig ist und wir (72 und 75Jahre) daraus nur sehr schlecht aufstehen konnten. Das macht den Wohncomfort für uns etwas schlechter. Alles andere, Balkonausstattung, großes Bad, sehr exklusive Küche waren der Anzeige entsprechend. Eine für mich fehlende Teekanne wurde von mir besorgt und sofort durch den Vermieter bezahlt.

Die Fewo entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung und den Bildern es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Insel Lindau ist mit dem Rad in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen was aber auch Zufuss kein Problem ist. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum. Die Fewo ist bedenkenlos weiter zu empfehlen. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ein Ganzkörperspiegel fehlt.

In dieser Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Aus dem Haus hört man gar nichts also ein ruhiges Wohnen. Allerdings wurde man morgens von den Krähen geweckt, was sicher Jahreszeitbedingt bedingt ist. Ist halt Natur. Das große Ledersofa ist zum Sitzen (für ältere Menschen) nicht gut geeignet, da die Sitzfläche sehr tief ist aber es gibt zwei kleine Sessel, auf die man zurückgreifen kann. Wir würden auf jeden Fall immer wieder gern diese Wohnung buchen.

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sehr zentral gelegen. Die Insel Lindau und der Bahnhof ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, und würden die schöne Wohnung wieder buchen.

Super Wohnung! Sehr sauber, zentral gelegen. Toller Balkon. Modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage! Bahnhof und Einkaufszentrum sind in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Lindau-Insel ist auch nicht viel weiter entfernt. Würde die Wohnung erneut buchen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. -:) Die Lage ist gut, da man schnell auf der Insel ist oder beim Bahnhof Lindau Reutin und das Einkaufszentrum ist ein Katzensprung entfernt. Ein kleiner Abzug: Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer Straße und am Ende dieser wird morgens die Gärtnerei beliefert, was teilweise laut ist. Die Agentur ist immer erreichba.r und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche hier! Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten bequem, die Bäder schön. Die Insel Lindau ist mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb weniger Minuten schnell erreicht. Die FeWo Vermittlung Fee vom See war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und transparent. Außerordentlich freundlicher Support. Deshalb gerne wieder!
