Property was as pictured. Clean and comfortable. Fit 9 of us comfortably and appreciated having the space, amenities and extra 1/2 bathroom. Easy to communicate with the hosts.
We stayed here with our event staff for a weekend, and this house was absolutely wonderful! It was spotless, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home. Now for the only "adventure" of our stay...Apparently, the neighborhood has an "HOA police" who never sleeps. My husband arrived a little after midnight and briefly parked on the side of the driveway while unloading and helping me put things away. He wasn't blocking traffic, anyone's driveway, or causing any issues whatsoever. A few minutes after he arrived, a tow truck was knocking on our door because someone had already called them. I have to admit—that might be the fastest HOA response time I've ever witnessed! If there were an Olympic event for neighborhood surveillance, we'd know exactly who would win the gold medal. That said, this had absolutely nothing to do with the property or the hosts, who were fantastic. Just be extra mindful of where you park, even for a few minutes, because the neighborhood rules seem to be enforced with superKaren-level vigilance.Overall, we had an excellent stay and would absolutely recommend this home. Just don't underestimate the HOA's watchful eyes!
