The suite was updated and very clean. Large rooms and private baths for both bedrooms. Location was easy to downtown Kansas City. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. The only downside is you can easily hear talking and TV from the neighboring suites, but the host has set quiet hours, so as long as everyone observes those, it isn't an issue.

Recent remodel, so interior is new and up to date. Comfortable for 2 couples for the weekend. Kitchen had everything needed and was well stocked with dishes and cooking pans. Beds were very comfortable as well. Thermostat though is next door, so would need to have it set remotely by management company. Outside yard could use some attention. Very walkable to Old Town Overland Park.

Lovely property. The inside of the unit was immaculate; the grounds outside could use some attention (piles of limbs that you can tell have been there for some time). Everything looks new on the inside. Basics provided in the kitchen. Water is hot any time you need it. Beds are comfortable, but hot (probably from a mattress cover), the friend that was staying with me said the same about the bed she was sleeping on. The unit is cool and has fans, just the mattress itself gets warm. The listing states that it sleeps 5, lists murphy bed and pull-out sofa. The unit has neither of those. The couch is comfortable enough to sleep on (that was my bed for the week) and there is a large lounge chair that you can sleep on, but I don't know how comfortable that would be. You can hear the tenants in the unit above you. All in all, I highly recommend this unit, very clean & safe area.

Beautiful property (inside and outside), plus having 2 bathrooms was an extra bonus when traveling with our friends! Entire 2-bedroom suite was very spacious and kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. Beds and pillows in both bedrooms were super comfy. Property is in a lovely quiet neighborhood very close to shopping and dining destinations. Dawn-Marie (the host) was very gracious and super responsive during the entire process from securing property to check-in and check-out. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to KC.
