Lovely Apartment in Great Neighborhood

I stayed here with my mom, and we both loved the property. The apartment was accessible via elevator, and was clean, quiet, and very bright. It was a nice size for two people and would probably work for even more, and the location was fantastic. It's very close to both the red line U-Bahn (subway) line and trolley lines, making it easy and quick to get into the city center. The neighborhood was one of my favorite parts of my whole trip - lots of delicious Turkish, Middle Eastern, and Balkan food, including the restaurant right downstairs, and some of the best ice cream ever right down the street next to the U-Bahn station. The balcony faces into a courtyard, so it's nice and quiet and a great place to have breakfast or enjoy a peaceful evening. I also appreciated that there was a washing machine, as I had been traveling for two weeks already and needed to do some laundry. The only thing I wish is that there were instructions on how to use it for people less familiar with European washers. However, this is a small complaint and overall we had a great experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Wir waren begeistert, die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter hatte gleich nach der Buchung Kontakt mit uns aufgenommenen und unsere Fragen beantwortet. Auch das Einchecken lief problemlos ab. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super: ruhig, in einer Seitenstraße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und U-Bahn sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir werden die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.

Netter Kurzurlaub in U-Bahn-Nähe

Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich zentral. Mit der U-Bahn ist man schnell bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Die Wohnung selbst ist nett eingerichtet. Man schläft in den Betten sehr gut.Leider liegt die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Innenhof und ist kaum nutzbar.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Wien

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung im dritten OG mit Fahrstuhl. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben kontaklos eingecheckt. Jederzeit wieder :-)

Sehr schöne, helle, ruhige, grosszügige Wohnung in einem lebendigen Quartier. Viele Restaurants und ein belebter Markt in der näheren Umgebung. U-Bahn, Trambahn und Busse ebenfalls sehr nahe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gelungener Wien Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, alles war sauber, die Betten bequem, ein schöner Balkon zum frühstücken. Die Lage ist perfekt, wir haben ein Wochenticket gekauft und haben U. Bahn, Strassenbahn und Bus genutzt. In direkter Nähe ist ein Hofer, an Reumann Platz ein großer Markt. Restaurants gibt es an jeder Ecke, auch gute österreichische Küche. Und leckeres Eis. Wir hatten 10 sehr abwechslungsreiche Tage in Wien und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Super appartement permettant un accès facile aux points d'intérêt de Vienne

Grand appartement clair et très bien agencé avec terrasse, idéal pour 4 personnes. Ne pas faire attention à l'accès un peu glauque du fait d'un restaurant au rez-de-chaussée; mais pas de bruit et pas d'odeurs dans l'appartement. Accès aisé à tous les lieux d'intérêt à Vienne par le métro situé à 2mn. Commerces à proximité.

Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem alten Haus im 3.Stock; neuer, moderner Aufzug vorhanden; man darf sich vom Eingang und Treppenhaus nicht abschrecken lassen; 3. Stockwerk und Ferienwohnung sind in einem Topzustand; modernisiert und sauber; Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn und Tram; gute Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe (Parkhaus); sehr zu empfehlen für einen Familien-Städte-Trip in Wien

Gut gelegene Wohnung für Städtetrip

Im großen und ganzen eine super Wohnung für einen Urlaub mit 4 Personen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Bahn sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für einen noch etwas komfortableren Aufenthalt fehlten nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten; -die Ventilatoren könnten durch eine Klimaanlage ersetzt werden ( durch das Dachgeschoss ist es bei über 30 Grad sehr warm und schwierig runterzukühlen) - Haushaltsschere - Backblech - Salatschüsseln/-besteck - der Plan für den Standort der Mülltonnen für Metall und Plastik stimmt nicht mehr mit dem eigentlichen Standort überein Insgesamt ist es aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau, wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Sehr geräumig, modern, zentrale Lage

Wir waren zu viert und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Alles wirkt relativ neu. Die Lage ist sehr zentral man kommt gut überall hin und direkt an der U-Bahn Haltestelle ist das Eiscafé Tichy, das von Einheimischen auch als das Beste Wiens bezeichnet wird. War auf jeden Fall lecker! :-) Kommunikation, Infos und Check-In waren top! Gerne wieder!
