This is one of the best houses we have rented over the years. It has been beautifully updated and is extremely clean. It was also in a great location to visit our son at UT and to explore knoxville. We will definitely stay again!

We loved this property!!! It was a delightfully curated, clean and lovely space to spend the weekend! Everything we needed PLUS they left us 6 farm fresh eggs and they were delicious. The price compared to hotels in the area was great! Safe and sweet neighborhood. Beautiful home overall! 10/10 recommend!

We had a fantastic stay here! Everything was so clean and the environment was very relaxing. The beds were sooo comfortable! It was even better than the pictures showed. Would definitely stay here again!

An amazing property, in an amazing area. The house is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Very simple process and rules posted in the house, so you don’t have to search for them or need to open the app. The property is a suburban setting and is near to shopping, food, and activities. I gave the property 5 stars because truly an awesome stay. I would like to make a recommendation. Need more TV’s in the residence. I will definitely be reaching out again to rent this property when I’m in the Knoxville, TN and surrounding area.
