With 1,700 sq ft of living space, it features a gas fireplace, smart TV with DVD player, board games, books, and a spacious, well-stocked kitchen. Enjoy meals on the patio or in the backyard, relax in the jetted tub, or gather around the fire pit under the stars while taking in the serene bay views.

The second home is a charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage offering 800 sq ft of comfortable living space. It includes two queen bedrooms plus a bonus room with a twin bed and trundle, a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, smart TV, DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen. Start your mornings on the front patio with outdoor dining and a charcoal grill, then head out to explore nearby attractions like Lake Merritt, the Egyptian Theatre, and the trails of Elliot State Forest.

Both homes offer step-free access, free WiFi, in-unit laundry, linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, and fully stocked kitchens. Parking is available for up to three vehicles total (two at the larger home, one at the cottage). Please note that neither home has air conditioning.
