The place has everything you can possibly need for a relaxing stay. The entire place is spotless. Having the washer and dryer available was a plus. Our clothes were washed before leaving and no need to wash clothes after the trip. Launching the paddle board right out from the back yard was easy. Being in protected water meant that even though it was choppy and windy elsewhere we enjoyed paddling in the immediate area. The sand bar in the bay isfun walk on low tide and has rays swimming all over.

This house understood the assignment!! Epic views of the gulf and lil sabine, centralized location to do everything on the beach, a gulf walkover literally across the street and a deep water dock i was able to keep my gulf boat tied up at right behind the house! The house is deceiving because when we went inside we all were like this is awesome and way bigger inside than it looks from the front driveway, theres so many rooms and beds and the master bed is super nice!! the owners have done a great job making it feel like home we cant wait to come back 10/10 recommend

It was an incredible trip. What stood out was that while I’m sitting in my living room I had expensive views of the bay and boats and wildlife. But just 50 foot out my front door, I had the Gulf of America beaches and it was a beautiful morning stroll, the kids collecting seashells and my wife catching the sun. The food at Flounders was perfect & just 1 minute away!! There is not a better location to stay for your next Vrbo beach getaway. We even had all the best and newest cookware for a family dinner for 10! The sleep was great too, I loved the en-suite in my master bedroom and the kids enjoyed the big bunk beds. The host was very sponsor and met my every need. Can’t wait to go back!

Our family enjoys hitting the beach, relaxing in on the white sands, playing in the waves, surf fishing, boogie & paddle boarding! We started our journey as hosts with our first property in Miramar Beach and enjoyed it so much that we decided slowly build a portfolio of beach properties up and down the panhandle.

Why they chose this property

Pensacola Beach is stunning. Its actually its own little southern island floating in the Gulf of America! We are located right down the road from Fort Pickens, a beautiful natural park and historic fort that was issued to built by Andrew Jackson! We are walking distance from the home of the original bush wacker at the SandShaker! And we are next to Pensacola Beach board walk and Fishing Pier!

What makes this property unique

Our spacious Townhome, offers a unique Dual View that cant be found anywhere else period. Wake up in the master bedroom to see the Gulf of America! Relax in the living room as you watch paddle boarders, kayakers, and dolphins play in little Sabine Bay. The dolphins will sometimes hunt mullet all the way up to our dock. And yes if your a boating enthusiast or like to deep sea fish you can pull up and park up to a 27ft boat at our deep water dock!
