There is 1 Queen Bed and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa, in separate rooms. There is 1 bathroom, and it is not inside of the bedroom. There is an additional living room that has a reclining couch.

The entire rental is on 1 floor, and has a large open concept with plenty of room and red rock views from all over the house!

Our entertainment space has an electric reclining couch and 75 inch Smart TV! There is also a nice reading chair next to our art wall in this room.

You will find board games for the family and books in the living and entertainment spaces.

The Queen Sleeper Sofa pulls out very easy! We provide fresh sheets, blankets, and pillows for your comfort.

The dining room has a table and chairs for 4 guests, and there is also bar seating.

The kitchen is spacious and has all of the modern appliances and cooking utensils you would need. We have a Keurig Coffee machine for guests and we provide coffee, cream, and sugar.

The bathroom and vanity area contains 2 separate sinks to make getting ready easy, plenty of towels, and a hairdryer.

Note: Our jacuzzi tub has a control panel on the wall. All you have to do is click the whirlpool button, ONLY AFTER you have ALREADY let the water fill 2 inches higher than the jets! There will be instructions nearby.

There is also a Bidet. The Bidet is NOT currently in use. Please DO NOT use the Bidet.

The fireplace in the living room is also NOT in use. Please DO NOT use the fireplace.

The flatter in the toilet is worn out. When you flush, you have to take the lid off of the toilet, and push the flapper down with your hand, so toilet doesn’t keep trying to refill. I put a dining room chair in the corner. The spindles need to be glued in place. I sat on it, and it fell apart. I pushed it back together. Next person who sits on it will fall! Please fix these. Other than that, place was fine.

This neighborhood is so peaceful, with A+ views of blue skies and red rock cliffs. You feel immersed in nature here, like you're staying in a national park, but are so close to highway 89 and all the stores and restaurants in town still (5 min)!

What makes this property unique

There is not another home in the neighborhood that has more straight shot views of the red rock cliffs that surround Kanab. With the hiking access, it is like having Zion National Park in your backyard. We have a wrap around deck for panoramic views, and at night the stars are magical. This peaceful place is tucked in the back of the neighborhood, yet conveniently only 5 minutes to food and stores. It is truly a gem if you are looking to explore Southern Utah National Parks or Kanab itself!
