Excellent communication, house was in great condition and no problems. Only issue was that the smaller of the two golf carts was very slow so we were limited to using only the larger golf cart.

The house is a little more outdated than other rentals in the area. Kitchenware should be replaced, though it’s a rental. The furniture coverings were soiled so we didn’t seat on them and did notify the property manager to get attention to it for the next guests. We were nervous about the decor with kids, but we weren’t in the house too much. TVs were oddly connected to each other - using remote downstairs switched the upstairs tv. The bedding was stiff and thin, felt gritty. House is large for a bigger group, and having 2 golf carts was convenient. Close proximity to the pool and having access to the beach.

Awesome spring break!!

House is very nice and clean. Kids loved having a pool steps from front door. Had a blast taking the golf carts around the property.

Spring Break and wine fest

Had a great time at Sandestin with the fam. Adults enjoyed winefest and there are so many activities for the kids as well. The house had the perfect layout for families with kids, plenty of bathrooms for everyone and a grassy area out back where they could run and expend some energy We did have an issue with the golf carts charging but the property manager was very responsive and quickly fixed the issue. Highly recommend

Lovely Community

My family and I came to have a quick vacation prior to summer ending and we couldn’t have been happier. Lovely home and great community. Baytowne Wharf is super safe and close to a lot that can be accessed on foot, bike, or golf cart. Will definitely stay here again if we make it back to the Panhandle.

Cute neighborhood & very convenient to all amenities. This property is a little outdated & shop worn. Kitchen is very under supplied. The property manager is very responsive & was a pleasure to work with.

Family get away in Destin

$100 is a lot for an early chek in when we only wanted to drop of cold groceries. Denise was great, and we dropped them off at her residence and she took them to the property before our late check-in. Hat's off to Denise for her help.

Perfect family trip!

We had a great time at the house! The location was perfect, and having two golf carts was awesome! You really never need to leave the resort (great for avoiding all the traffic on the main highway!), and have everything you would need within a short distance. We loved that the pool is literally steps from the house. The house itself was very clean and had everything we would need. Our only suggestion would be to supply a baby gate for the bottom of the stairs, but other than that it was perfect! We will likely be booking the house again next summer!
