IMPORTANT NOTES/RULES:
- Pool heating to 80°F is optional and available year-round for $50/night.
- Hot tub heating is included.
- Well-trained pets are welcome for a flat fee of $100/stay but may not be left unattended unless crated.
- Private driveway parking accommodates up to 8 vehicles. All vehicles must remain fully within the driveway at all times.
- Primary renter must be age 25+ and provide a photo ID.
- Maximum occupancy is 13 guests on the property at any time.
- Parties and smoking indoors are strictly prohibited.
- Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM to allow thorough cleaning between guests.
