The Space:

This special two-level residence, located just a short walk from the edge of New York City. Set within a NYC-style multi-level townhome, this home offers a rare mix of urban living and beautiful Hudson River views.



You’ll have exclusive use of 2,800 sq ft across the top two floors, accessed through your own private front entrance. Outdoor spaces include a private entry porch, front lawn, and a 200 sq ft terrace off the kitchen and great room.



The shared driveway can be used but must be left accessible to move vehicles in and out at various times. If you wish to park in the driveway no problem, however we must be able to reach you to shuffle vehicles on immediate notice. There is plenty of street parking available usually right in front of the residence.



Please note that the unit below is still under construction, so you may hear daytime work between 9 AM and 5 PM. There is currently no washer or dryer available.



The built-in Miele Nespresso machine is temporarily out of service, but a Cuisinart Grind & Brew coffeemaker is provided. Please bring your favorite coffee. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan with its own remote, and most rooms are equipped with smart TVs.



If you need help with any electronics or plumbing, or if there’s anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable, just let us know. We are happy to help and want you to feel right at home!



Guest Access:

Top two floors and terraces. Street parking is always available!



Other Things to Note:

•⁠ ⁠NO PARTIES. Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.



•⁠ ⁠We provide starter toiletries only. These are just to get you started, so please plan to purchase any additional toiletries you may need during your stay.



Interaction with Guests:

Pre-Arrival: We'll provide all details for an easy check-in via Airbnb messaging.



During Your Stay: Reach out anytime for assistance or recommendations.



Host and Maintenance Availability: We are available to assist with maintenance requests from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. From 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM, we will only be able to respond to urgent emergencies. Please consider that issues such as Wi-Fi, TV, or other minor fixes are not considered emergencies. Feel free to reach out at any time, and thank you for your understanding regarding our response hours.
