With two bathrooms, guests can enjoy a refreshing shower. The nice living room offers a cozy space with a picture window view of Turtle Bay. Relax on the spacious deck upstairs or the nice shaded patio downstairs after a day of fishing and exploring. There's almost always a cool breeze from the bay. Fish from your own 300 fishing pier that features benches, cleaning station, and a green light at the end that attracts fish ! Whether you’re unwinding or gathering for a meal, this wonderful house provides a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy the peaceful Turtle Bay, watch dolphins and all types of birds and butterflies and everything that Palacios has to offer when you stay at our place. Our place also has 2 kitchens and 2 gathering spaces where you can hang out either upstairs on the large deck or downstairs on the shaded patio.
Jensen Point is a small community of Bay Houses that is surrounded by nothing but water and grazing land. It's quiet and remote but only a quick 10 minutes in to town. "It's About Time" is the name of our Bay house. And that is certainly what it is.

A fantastic spot for a weekend of fishing and a barbecue with friends. The house is well-maintained and very functionally furnished. I recommend it to anyone looking to take a break from the city bustle.

The house was great & had plenty of room for everyone. They literally had EVERYTHING You could think of in the house & even for fishing. Tim was a great host & even checked on us the next day to make sure we were able to get check in & everything was going good.

The view was awesome! My kids caught quite a few fish off the pier. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were really comfortable! My youngest son really enjoyed the hot tub! We’d stay here again!

It was a great stay. We are a family of 6 and our kids had a blast fishing, soaking in the hot tub, and over all relaxing. We caught many fish! The property was close enough to town, we got to take the kids to walk on the beach. The area was quiet and the people are friendly, and helpful. The home had everything we needed to accommodate us for our 4 night stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent time here. Very spacious. The downstairs bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen was perfect for my husband and I, because our old knees would be difficult to go up and down stairs. Our adult kids stayed upstairs. Fishing pier was great..night time fishing was better. That August heat was brutal, but the breeze was making it totally tolerable. I would stay here again and maybe get the chance to check out the hot tub.
