Racó dels Tarongers means ‘corner of the orange trees’ in Catalan – and that is exactly what this place is: a small, hidden retreat surrounded by Mediterranean nature.

The house is privately located, surrounded by greenery, with sweeping views of the mountains. Here you can hear the birds singing in the morning, smell the warm herbs of the south and feel a serenity that is often lost in everyday life.

Many of our guests come in summer for the sun and the beautiful large pool and, of course, for the wonderfully endless sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca, which are just a stone's throw away. In summer, they enjoy the pool, long evenings on the terrace and outdoor living.

However, it is particularly beautiful in spring and autumn: mild light, blossoming landscapes, pleasant temperatures and a soothing tranquillity.

This is when the landscape shows itself at its best: mild temperatures, clear light, blossoming almond and orange trees in spring – or golden colours, long walks and quiet evenings in autumn.

Lovely, relaxing holiday house

We had a great stay at Dagmar's house. The location is great (but would advise having a car). Theres a great little bar just around the corner for a few drinks in the evening, and theres more down by the beach, which is probably 20 minutes walk away. When we were there it was 40 degrees, so the air conditioning was a blessed relief, especially in the mid day. It would have been nice to also have an aircon in the kids room as they struggled to sleep with the heat some nights but in fairness it was exceptionally hot that week. Overall we would thoroughly recommend the accomodation. Els Poblets is a great little town and theres ample access to supermarkets and other shops. The swimming pool, although shared, was always quiet, often there was noone there, so thats an added bonus too. Overall a great stay and the host was lovely too!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Els Poblets und das nicht zuletzt wegen des tollen Hauses.Eine sehr gepflegte, ruhige Anlage mit netten Nachbarn und das Haus war wahrscheinlich das sauberste Feriendomizil, in dem wir je waren.Eine perfekte Wahl für einen entspannten Familienurlaub, die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedene nette Restaurants sowie diverse Strandabschnitte sind auch mit dem Fahrrad in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.Auch die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin und der netten Dame vor Ort war problemlos und sehr freundlich.Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

Prima verblijf gehad in huis

De algemene indruk van het het huis is goed. De bedden zijn goed en de keuken is modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er zijn wat ons betreft twee aandachtspunten. Dat is het tuinmeubilair en de badkamer. De armleuningen van twee van de vier tuinstoelen waren zodanig verroest dat de stoelen eigenlijk niet gebruikt konden worden. In de badkamer hing regelmatig een rioollucht. Dit werd waarschijnlijk veroorzaakt door een lage waterstand waardoor het waterslot niet goed functioneerde. Ik zou ook willen aanraden om een glijstang in de douche aan te brengen zodat de douchekop beter op hoogte kan worden ingesteld. Maar nogmaals: we hebben een prima verblijf gehad in het huis.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour . Un accueil chaleureux d’Angela qui est une personne adorable! Maison très propre , bien équipée et au calme! Nous avons largement profité de la piscine et de la proximité de la mer. Nombreuses balades dans les alentours, ville très animée le soir. Magnifique région !

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un fantastique séjour à Els Poblets. La maison est fonctionnelle, bien équipée, très calme et idéalement située. La piscine est très agréable. La plage la plus proche est très peu fréquentée. Tous les avantages de vacances à la mer (eau à 30°C, paysages magnifiques, eaux bleu turquoise, criques paradisiaques...) sans les inconvénients (plages surpeuplées, nuisances sonores nocturnes...). Une adresse à retenir !

Reihenhaus Els Poblets

Nettes Reihenhaus mit sehr schöner, großer Terrasse. Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm, Markise, großer Tisch sind vorhanden. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Es war alles sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, die Betten waren bequem. Das Haus liegt zentral, trotzdem ruhig, zu Restaurants und zum Bäcker sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Haustür. Auch können dort problemlos noch Fahrräder abgestellt werden. Etwas ungünstig ist die Toilette im Erdgeschoss, da diese vor der Haustür liegt.

Erholsamer Urlaub!!!

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dieser FeWo verbracht. Sie ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine schöne Terrasse und ein toller großer Pool tragen ihren Teil zum positiven Gesamtbild bei. Die Klimaanlage war eine willkommene Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Ein gutes Restaurant und ein deutscher Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Sandstrand sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren. Die Verwalterin vor Ort war für alle Fragen offen und half gerne weiter. Man sieht dem Häuschen an, dass es nicht mehr ganz neu ist, aber alles war sauber und voll funktionstüchtig. Von unserer Seite aus war der Urlaub ein voller Erfolg.

Great Holiday!

A very well kept villa with a great location. Close to the beach and restaurants the villa was ideal for a small family or couples. Dagmar was very helpful in his correspondance and advice about the area, and theswimming pool was great! I would recommend a car as there is plenty to do and see in the area. Would definitely recommend !

Schönes Familienurlaub

Uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt ! Im Haus war alles vorhanden. Unsere Kleine war begeistert von dem Pool. Prima waren die zwei Fahrräder, unser Sohn konnte täglich damit zum Fitness fahren. Am Strand sind wenige Leute. Die Bäckerei ist gerade gegenüber. Viele in diesem Ort sprechen deutsch. Es gibt hier auch ein schönes modernes Einkaufszentrum. Besonders begeistert waren wir von unserem Ausflug nach Calpe und den abendlichen Spaziergängen in Denia. Wir würden dieses Haus allen, die Kinder im schwierigen Alter von 14 bis 17 Jahren haben, empfehlen. Dort waren unsere Jungs begeistert und zufrieden !!!

schöner Familienurlaub

Wir verbrachten erholsame 3 Wochen im Juli/August 2010 in diesem sehr genau und gründlich beschriebenen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, der Pool ist groß und bereitet viel Spaß. Die Umgebung hat eine Menge zu bieten,baden an verschiedenen Stränden von Kies bis Sand,gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wandern in den Bergen schöne Städte z.B.: die Altstadt und die Museen von Valencia. Reibungsloser und guter Kontakt zu den Vermietern, und nette Betreuung vor Ort.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben im Juli 2009 hier 3 Wochen Urlaub gemacht und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir wurden sehr gut informiert und betreut. Die Angaben im Inserat waren allesamt korrekt. Das Haus war sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Besonders gefielen uns die nahen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Flat-Rate. Unsere 12-jährigen Drillinge hatten besonders viel Spaß im Pool und am 4 km entfernten Sandstrand.

Why they chose this property

The climate on the Costa Blanca is particularly beneficial for people who have problems e. g. rheumatology. The mountains around Denia are said to have a particularly high magnesium content, which is supposed to be beneficial to health. Longer stays are often the purest fountain for those affected. The house also offers the security of a small community that knows and supports each other.

What makes this property unique

The house offers you an upscale ambience with a Spanish flair. The area is equally appealing for recreation seekers, as for families and water sports enthusiasts. In the spring and autumn, there are wonderful hiking trails in the nearby mountains.
