Loved this property and its proximity to CSU. Our bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the step in shower. The kitchen was well equipped and being able to do a load of laundry was a Huge blessing. We greatly appreciate that this is a pet free property as my husband is highly allergic and not having any pet messes anywhere on property was an added benefit.

Incredibly spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated house!Huge shower in main bathroom! And GORGEOUS kitchen! Couch is comfy to sleep on too!!Backyard is nice addition! Great neighborhood with easy walking access to downtown FOCO!Floors are a little creaky but to be expected in old house! Earplugs are provided by host to help with sleep!

We enjoyed our time at the Wild Peony. It is beautifully decorated and has all the essentials we needed for our stay. It is convenient to the university and is nestled among housing of both students and non students. We had peaceful evenings- no need for the ear plugs. If it would have been warmer we would have enjoyed the back yard seating and bikes. Stacy is also an attentive host- checking in periodically and providing great restaurant options.

Even better than the photos! Beautifully decorated and so much space inside. Every room is perfectly done. Beds are very comfortable as well as all other furnishings. The kitchen is spacious and so pretty. There are extra touches throughout this house that make it even more comfortable giving us everything that we needed. It worked perfectly for my daughter’s wedding week! We will find a reason to come back and will highly recommend to others.
