Between Königstein Fortress and Lilienstein, the Elbe River winds its way through Saxon Switzerland. Nestled in the heart of this picturesque landscape is our holiday home, “Luxusboofe,” featuring two holiday apartments. The term “Boofen” essentially means spending the night in nature. We combine this concept with the luxury of a fully equipped holiday home—right on the hiking trail.

The 75 m² Holiday Apartment 2 is perfect for two adults with a child. It’s located on the ground floor, and from the balcony you can enjoy a view of the Elbe River. The kitchen-living room is equipped with a stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, as well as a seating area. The living room, which features a TV, has a cosy sofa and a fireplace. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed for children. The bathroom features a freestanding tub, a shower, and a toilet.

Very comfortable apartment

The hosts are good, the apartment is even better than it looks in the photos, and it is clear the owners try to think of everything and meet high standards. The only warning: although the location is very green, and the view is fantastic, you do hear regular trains and noise from the main road across the river.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, tolle Lage und wunderschöner Ausblick. Ideal um in der sächsischen Schweiz zu wandern oder einfach ein paar Tage Ruhe zu genießen. Alles hat einwandfrei geklappt, sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
