Minimum Age

The primary guest responsible for the reservation must be 23 years or older and must be present for the duration of the stay.

No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking or vaping inside the cabin is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $2,000 cleaning and deodorizing fee.

No Pets

Pets are not permitted in the cabin. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee and possible cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Travel Insurance Recommended

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unexpected events such as severe weather, power outages, illness, or travel delays.

Cancellation Processing Fee

All cancellations are subject to a processing fee of 3% or $75 (whichever is greater).

Rental Agreement Required

A signed rental agreement and guest verification are required after booking. The agreement will be sent shortly after your reservation is confirmed.
