The top floor is designed for gathering, with an open and airy living area, oceanview deck, and a well-equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast bar with seating for 6. Enjoy family movie nights, meals together at the dining table, or a quiet moment with a book while taking in the coastal views. A small work nook is also available for those needing to stay connected.
