W9 Ocean Walk Village Area two pool tennis/pickleball remodeled

This lovely comfortable two bedroom two bath downstairs unit has a king and queen size bed, completely renovated unit.

There is a washer/dryer in the unit, 3 tvs and internet.

W building is located on the lake and is next to the larger pool that has a small kitchen area, fridge too. The pool does have a deep end and the area also has a small wading pool for children.

Fishing is allowed in the lake, there is a small dog run located next to the two pickleball/tennis courts and a swing area at playground that also has a picnic table for a nice picnic.
