Just a short walk from the iconic Chapel of the Holy Cross and surrounded by panoramic red rock formations, Chapel Palace – 5-Bedroom Main Home offers an unforgettable setting for families and groups to gather, relax, and create lasting memories.

This listing includes exclusive use of the main residence of Chapel Palace, comprising five private king suites and all interior and exterior amenities of the home, excluding only the separate, locked-off casita. Guests staying in the 5-bedroom main home enjoy the full luxury experience of the estate — expansive gathering spaces, entertainment zones, resort-style outdoor amenities, and breathtaking views from nearly every room.

The home is designed to balance togetherness and privacy. Multiple living areas allow guests to gather throughout the day, while private king suites with ensuite bathrooms, smart TVs, fireplaces, and premium Tempur-Pedic mattresses provide a peaceful retreat in the evenings. Sound-insulated interior walls and smart-home technology enhance comfort and privacy throughout the space. Entertainment & Gathering Spaces

The main home is an entertainer’s dream, featuring a professional movie theater, a game loft with pool table and shuffleboard, an additional game/media room with ping pong and darts, and an Infinity Game Table downstairs with hundreds of built-in games. With multiple entertainment zones across levels, guests of all ages have space to enjoy.

Resort-Style Outdoor Oasis Step outside to a private outdoor retreat featuring a large heated pool (pool can be heated for $150/day with approval and average temp above 60 degrees) with waterfalls and sundeck, a hot tub maintained at 104° all year around, multiple chaise loungers, oversized umbrellas, and a covered BBQ kitchen with fridge, lighting, and dining area. Seven fireplaces throughout the property — including a built-in outdoor gas fire pit — create unforgettable evenings under Sedona’s renowned dark skies.

Layout & Sleeping The main home includes five king suites located across the main and upper levels, each with ensuite bathrooms, premium finishes, smart TVs, and individual climate control. One king suite downstairs also has a queen pullout, a second king suite contains a twin over twin trundle, and the media room upstairs has a full over twin trundle with a full bathroom. Guests get to enjoy a large chef's kitchen, spacious living room, an office, laundry room, balcony, and elevator access between levels.

Important Property Note Chapel Palace is a multi-unit estate. A separate 2-bedroom casita exists on the property and is completely locked off from the main home when rented as the 5-bedroom. Casita guests may be present during your stay, but all areas included in this listing — including the pool, spa, entertainment spaces, and main living areas — are part of the 5-bedroom main home experience and not the 2-bedroom casita.

This home is located in a peaceful neighborhood backing to wilderness and hiking trails, yet minutes from Sedona’s top dining, shopping, and attractions, Chapel Palace offers the rare combination of privacy, luxury, and proximity.

Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming and use of any hot tub or pool is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hot tub and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and use of hot tub equipment may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming and using exercise equipment if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, uses the hot tub while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming and hot tub use. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming their registration constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.

**For all Bookings we use Superhog ID verifications and Damage Deposit Waivers with a deposit. You will receive a verification link upon booking from "Enso Connect" and use this as your boarding pass for your stay. Deposit options are $179 non-refundable or a $2000 hold that is fully refundable after stay.
