-We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own and leave it as you found it. Additional deep cleaning fee may be charged if required by our cleaning crew

- You, as the primary reservation holder, must email/text us your valid government-issued picture ID before or during check-in

- You and your guests must follow all property rules at all times

- You are responsible for any damage by you or any of your guests during your stay

- Children should never be left alone and unattended

- No partying

- No drugs or illegal activity allowed

- No smoking / vaping / etc. inside the home (minimum $500 additional deep cleaning fee may be charged for per unit and per rule violation totaling minimum $1000)

- No animals (minimum $500 additional deep cleaning fee may be charged per unit for each rule violation for minimum totaling to $1000)

- No loud music allowed after 10 p.m. as per city guidelines

- No tampering with security system or internet equipment

- If any of the above rules are violated, you will be charged with actual cost of extra cleaning/repairs/damage

- Maximum 19 people are allowed for overnight stay (including reservation holder)

- Pre-approval required for additional guests requiring overnight stay (and will be charged additional fee of $25 per additional guest per night)

- Detailed check-in and check-out procedures will be provided one day before the arrival day and departure day, respectively.
