Walk to Downtown! 1 Mile to beach!

Welcome to this perfectly located beach cottage! Located just a quick 5-10 min walk to all the restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. 1 Mile to Mother's and Gooch's beach. Outside you will find a large sprawling lawn for playing, patio with wood burning fire pit, deck with BBQ gas grill and dining, and an Outdoor shower!

The first floor has a kitchen, dining area, sunroom area, living room, a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms! Walk upstairs to find 2 bedrooms and a half bathroom!

Bedroom #2 (1st floor): 2 twin beds
Bedroom #3 (2nd floor): Queen bed and Twin bed
Bedroom #4 (2nd floor): 2 twin beds

Parking is limited to 3 cars
