Beachfront condo overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Boardwalk in Long Beach, Washington.

Top-floor unit with some of the most stunning, panoramic ocean views on the Peninsula.

Walk right out to the beach, the Boardwalk & paved dunes trail in front of the condo.

Walking distance to downtown Long Beach...restaurants, shopping, parks, arcades, go-carts, mini-golf, bike rentals, theater, Kite Museum.

Special note: We'd like to allay any concerns you may have about booking a stay on a "new listing" on VRBO. While we (owner-hosts) and this property are new to VRBO, we'd like you to know that we have hosted and listed our condo on another vacation rental platform for the last 8 years, where it is ranked in the top 1% of homes listed based on ratings, reviews and reliability -- and that we've consistently received 5-star reviews and have achieved premier status on that platform for eight years in a row. We're not trying to gloat at all -- we just don't want you to worry about a "new listing" or "novice hosts" lol.

THE CONDO
This is a light, open and spacious one-bedroom, one-bath condo on the top floor of the building with breathtaking ocean views from the living room, dining area, sitting/reading area, kitchen and master bedroom. It provides a "front-row seat" for major annual beach events like the July 4th fireworks, Sandstations, and Kite Festival.

Space features include:

- Master suite with ocean view, king bed, and ensuite private bathroom.

- Living room with couch, loveseat, coffee table, 55" Smart HDTV.

- Sitting/Reading area with two comfy chairs, ottomans & table with direct views of the ocean

- Private balcony overlooking the beach & ocean with chairs-and-table bistro set provided in the summer.

- Spacious, open kitchen with large breakfast bar and seats.

- Laundry room with full-size washer & dryer, utility sink

Amenities include:
- Dedicated Wifi in the condo

- 55" Smart HD TV with cable (all major networks, sports, news, and entertainment channels)

- Kitchen stocked with all common utensils, silverware, dishware, glassware, cookware & bakeware, and appliances including standard coffee maker, Keurig, blender, microwave, toaster and panini press. Bring your favorite Keurig flavors with you!

- Fleece throw blankets, beach towels, games & puzzles, local maps/guides/menus/info

- Two on-premise, reserved parking spaces (one covered, one open) included with your stay

- Private footpath to the beach, Boardwalk and paved dunes trail.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place sheets and pillowcases used in the washer and start the washer. This saves housekeeping anout 45 minutes and allows us to keep our cleaning fee to a minimum. :-)
Please: - Shut & latch all windows - Shut, latch & DEADBOLT balcony door - Put items that you used back where you found them-menus, books, games, tv & fireplace controls, fans, umbrellas, etc.
Please leave the condo in a generally clean condition by wiping off table & counters of any spills or "oopsies", sweeping up any excessive sand or dirt, etc.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please, no shoes or sandy beach items past entryway. Let's keep the carpet clean and dry. :-)
Keep balcony door shut and latched except when walking through doorway - even when out on balcony. You can't lock yourself out. High winds = shatter
No open flames, fireworks, candles, bbqs, matches. No parties. No loud noise, raucous behavior or vibration-inducing activities. We have neighbors.

Went above and beyond- surprised my husband for her birthday and on arrival there were balloons and a happy birthday sign.The view is amazing and the place is beautiful. Loved our stay.

Hosts were very welcoming and provided all the information needed for a wonderful trip. The location was fantastic - close to the beach and town, wonderful views with just enough privacy. The space was perfect as well. It was stocked with everything you need for a home away from home.

This was our first time using Vrbo for a vacation rental and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The condo is amazing. Super clean, very well stocked, a fabulous view, walking distance to the beach and town. Craig and Dulce are very thoughtful and attentive as owners. We will be planning another trip to their condo!
