Level One — Guest Suite + Den
Enter through a private, landscaped patio into the welcoming first-floor guest suite. The spacious bedroom features a queen bed, generous open closet and drawer storage, and a dedicated workstation complete with monitor. A cozy den—lined with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and anchored by a plush chaise lounge—creates a peaceful reading nook or second lounge area. The adjacent full bath offers both tub and shower.

Level Two — Living, Dining & Kitchen
The second floor is an airy, modern sanctuary where form meets function. Sunlight pours into the west-facing living room, outfitted with a sleek gas fireplace, TV, Sonos sound system, and a curated vinyl collection for the perfect unwind.

All rooms in the home are available for your use, other than a downstairs storage closet and the garage. All private owner`s closets are explicitly marked.

A second standing work station can be provided in the downstairs den.

The home is located in a buzzing neighborhood and has typical city sounds throughout the day and evening.
One pet (under 20 lbs) allowed upon approval with fee.

No parties. Please discuss exceeding occupancy limit with host for approval.

Additional cleaning services needed beyond a 3 hour cleaning at check-out will be at the guest expense.
