Are you looking to escape and relax in the mountains? Do you want to sip a drink while enjoying a view that is so spectacular that it makes you question things? Look no further! Breath of Heaven is a is professionally decorated and furnished cabin with touches of rustic elegance throughout the cabin. The cabin is located in the heart of the Aska Adventure Area and boasts spectacular mountain views of the Nationally protected Chattahoochee National Forest from the three porches, loft, or hot tub!

Breath of Heaven (BoH) is a stunning ~3,000SF property (located in a gated community with fully-paved roads) that has a bit of something for everyone. Whether just relaxing on the multiple decks, screened-in porch with outdoor log fireplace and TV, grilling on the main deck, soaking in the hot tub, enjoying one of the 2 gas fireplaces inside, reading a book, doing a puzzle, playing a board game, or watching a sporting event or movie on one of the 6 smart TV's, the possibilities seem endless! The record/CD player offers lots of music choices to guests - including some classic artists and Christmas music. With an arsenal of movies, music, and books to choose from (and high-speed internet), it's all fair game!

The plush sectional sofa in the main family room is large enough for everyone to enjoy the view or curl up in front of the stacked stone fireplace and watch a movie on the huge TV on a rainy day. Not a TV lover? That's OK, too! Feel free to "chill-ax" in the hot tub, play for the foosball championship, sit at the arcade game console (with 14 games), play the guitar or piano, shoot some hoops on the mini basketball court on the covered lower porch, or get a tournament going on the ping pong table. With both drip and Kuerig options for brewing coffee and the plethora of surrounding wineries, there's just nothing like sitting on the deck and marinating in the view - it never gets old!

BoH is great for Couples and/or single or multiple Families - as well as multi-generational visits with Grandma, Grandpa, Children, and Grandchildren. It's also great for hosting retreats, Friend weekends, reunions, book clubs, wine tours, fishing trips, etc. There are two master bedrooms with attached baths and a bunk room on the terrace ("play") level perfect for the Kiddos. The outdoor dining area has a nice touch with courtyard lighting stringing above. The outdoor fireplace has a Large TV and cozy sectional for enjoying the outdoors while watching a game or your favorite movie.

In terms of spending time with God and Family, BoH is definitely an incredible vantage point for all of it! Named BoH because of the clouds on the mountains in the morning look like God has "breathed" onto them, guests will have lots of moments to enjoy the unbelievable display of "Breaths" each and every day. Between the view and luxury of this home, guests cannot go wrong. Breath of Heaven is exactly that. One can just sit and watch the fog lift off the mountains in the morning and realizing that it is the Breath of Heaven that they are witnessing. One trip to this incredible cabin will never be enough!

Our Family was founded via a Michigander and former Long Islander who met while working as Engineers at Ford. After moving to the metro Atlanta area in 2011, we happened upon Blue Ridge, GA with our Kids for a vacation and just fell in love with the picturesque town, the incredible mountain and outdoor areas, and the people. We were finally Blessed to be able to buy a place of our own in this unbelievable area of Georgia. We love sharing it with others and can't get enough of the views, town, nearby parks, tubing, gem mining, zip-lining, kayaking, walking, biking, hiking, parades, festivals, wineries, Lake Blue Ridge, the Toccoa River, boating, farmer's markets, local Churches, etc. We hope that everyone who stays at Breath of Heaven gets a chance to reconnect with themselves, Families and Friends, and God Almighty in a way that is truly-unique to our 2nd home.

Why they chose this property

We had looked at properties all over the Blue Ridge corridor for about a year-and-a-half, but then our realtor suggested we head deep in the Aska Adventure area to see a new cabin that was being built. Even though the cabin was under construction, we could see how uniquely this neighborhood was being developed by a very reputable local builder and just couldn't get over the South-facing views from the back porches that were already done. We made an offer immediately and still can't believe that we own this little slice of Heaven. The neighborhood has a paved road and private entrance gate which allow our Family to hike throughout the community (and beyond) right from our front porch. But, while the cabin is immaculate, the incredible views from our place are breath-taking and just never get old. The options are literally endless Aska Adventure Area and, to date, we still have not done everything we'd love to do!

What makes this property unique

This house is a Blessing from God for all that get to enjoy it. Being right in the heart of the Aska Adenture area in Blue Ridge and right off of Lake Blue Ridge and the Toccoa River make this a one of a kind place. The home itself is professionally-designed, meticulously-appointed, cozy to a fault, and spacious. From sitting out on one of the four porches to enjoying smores on the screened-in side porch to taking a stroll, there is just too much to take in.
