Why they chose this property

This amazing 70’s vintage retro-rustic “cabin” is five minutes from town, five minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. On over an acre and a half hillside with incomparable views of Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake, and Mount Baldy in a secluded private setting that helps create a true retreat feeling.

What makes this property unique

Definitely the views and the space. You can see iconic views of Mount Craig/ Baldy, Wescott Mountain, the Never Summer Mountains, Grand Lake and Shadow Mountain Lake. Our home has fun retro finishes and atmosphere for a nostalgic feel.
