Your Kissimmee adventure begins at this 2-bedroom villa. Inside, guests find an adorable space featuring a king bed and 2 full beds, plus a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra comfort. Two bathrooms include handy hair dryers, making mornings easier. The villa stays nice and comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet night in, this soothing retreat offers a perfect balance of convenience and charm. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our villa.

Different size units and prices are available. Check in Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Booked in 1 week blocks only. Timeshare location with 2 restaurants on-site (Italian and Mexican), multiple pools, water park, outdoor grille cooking areas, recreation center, miniature golf course, bike usage, butterfly park, indoor theater, many have outdoor screened in lanai, full kitchen with refrig, flatware/plates, coffee maker, toaster, dining table. 5 minutes to Disney World Entrance

In suite washer and dryer for your convenience. Full size stove, oven and refrigerator with freezer.

Includes towels, bed linen, large screen TVs.

Available 2nd floor (no elevator) or 1st floor entry. Multiple pools within the complex and includes one with a pool side bar for drinks and food.
