This updated 2BR/2BA condo sleeps 6 and is inside a gated beachfront resort with 24/7 security—perfect for an easy “park it and relax” vacation. Guests love the beach chair service at our beach entrance: complimentary lounge chairs are delivered and set up in the morning by request. Umbrellas are $20/day and they’ll set those up too, and cabanas or cushioned loungers are available to rent by reservation if you’d like an upgraded setup. When the attendants aren't on duty, guest are welcome to grab the lounge chairs themselves. The beach team returns later to collect everything—so no hauling chairs back. Inside the condo, you’ll enjoy bright, clean modern coastal style and a comfortable place to recharge. On the resort grounds, enjoy amenities including 2 heated pools, tennis, pickleball, a fitness center, and BBQ grills/beach pavilion (reserve at the front office), along with on-site community laundry room + covered parking. Walkable to Point of Rocks—a local favorite for snorkeling. Wristbands are issued for registered guests (required on property/when entering from the beach). If you’re bringing a car, a parking pass is required (we’ll collect vehicle make & color for resort registration). Getting around without a car is easy: the Siesta Key Frog Hop runs ~9am–1am—call 844-Frog-Hop about 20 minutes ahead; there’s no ride fee (tips only), they pickup and drop-off wherever you are on Siesta Key.
