- Booking, Policies, & Taxes: To maintain the serene and family-friendly environment of the community, all groups must have at least one member who is 30 years of age or older to act as the primary signing renter.

- The maximum occupancy of the estate is strictly limited to 12 guests.

- Casa Mañana is a strictly non-smoking property (both indoors and outdoors), and violations are subject to a $500 USD penalty.

- Pets are generally not permitted on-site without receiving the owner's express, prior approval.

- Please note that all luxury rental rates are subject to an additional 20% tax.
