Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Laundry: Washer and dryer are outside in a laundry shed at the bottom of the stairs behind the house thru the back deck. Upon check out, please leave all bedding and towels on top of the beds
Trash: The trash cans are under the stairs (a lattice piece that slides to the left). Please put your trash out no later than Monday before 7 PM, and the truck will come very early Tuesday morning.
Lights and appliances: ALWAYS turn off all lights and appliances when not in use. Help reduce wasteful electricity consumption and demand.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
