Spacious living room, large dining table, rare 1st fl bedroom w/2 twin beds, fully stocked eat-in kitchen, first floor full bathroom with tub/shower combo & laundry room. Enjoy added Features like Central Air, Wifi, SMART TV, sweet open front porch & all your bed, bath & beach linens. Owner provides 8 beach badges for you & your family. Upstairs features 3 queen guest rooms, large primary bedroom w/King Bed, & small bunkbed room with twin on top & full on bottom. Second floor also features a hall 1/2 bath & updated full bath w/glass enclosed shower. Come back from the beach, rinse off outside, drop your beach supplies in the laundry room and shower up. Throw some burgers on the grill and enjoy your evening on the porch with your friends and family. Your small, housebroken family pup is welcomed on a case by case basis and payment of $150 pet rent. No smoking anywhere on the property please. Out of respect for our special community and our neighbors, please no parties or loud behavior. We look forward to welcoming you to our home.
