Two families celebrating birthdays in a perfect setting ! Was a stunning villa to suit all the ages in our party . We couldn’t fault the accommodation and the pool area was glorious .We will come again !!

Good value for money

We really enjoyed our eleven day family holiday at the villa. It is a very nice, well equipped property with a great view from the top floor, in a quiet residential area. Minor faults, such as doors not closing and opening properly, were quickly rectified by the service team. All in all, for the location, very good value for money.

Die Villa, Anlage und Umgebung ist großartig Sehr ruhig und in mitten eines Wohngebietes Ein Mietwagen ist dennoch erforderlich zum Einkaufen Der nächste kleine Supermarkt ist fussläufig wenn man weiß wo die Abkürzung ist in ca 20 Minuten zu erreichen sowie der Strand von Paguera Die Bäder/ Wände haben deutliche Gebrauchsspuren mit leichtem Schimmelbefall

The property was beautiful. A lot of steps but this is obvious. A car would have been of use and also to have a book within the property to have useful numbers and places of interest to visit. We had a couple issues which we rectified or was dealt with.

Superschönes Haus

Das Haus ist der Wahnsinn. Wunderschön, modern, funktionierende Klimaanlagen und groß. Die Bilder zeigen ziemlich genau das, was man erwarten kann, mit Ausnahme des Bereichs zwischen Pool und Sitzlounge, kam uns auf den Bildern großer vor. Nichts desto trotz ist mehr als ausreichend Platz in der Sitzlounge für 12 Leute. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe. Die 6 Zimmer haben alle eine gleiche faire Größe, so dass bei der Zimmeraufteilung kaum Streitigkeiten auftreten, nur ein Zimmer hat ein etwas kleineres Bett. Auch problematisch war, dass in diesem Zimmer die Klimaanlage mit einem größeren Zimmer mit Bad gekoppelt war, und es deswegen hier immer deutlich kälter als die eingestellten 23° aus dem großen Zimmer waren. 4 Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad, 2 Schlafzimmer teilen sich hier ein Bad in der unteren Etage. Zwei Küchen und zwei Essbereiche, auch von großem Vorteil. Aus der oberen Etage im Essbereich hat man einen super Ausblick aufs Meer, auch wenn's zu Fuß noch 500m sind. Empfehlenswert ist hier aber auf jeden Fall ein Mietwagen oder ähnliches, da Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alle weiter entfernt sind, und es drum herum sehr bergig ist.

Lovely Villa with great views

Had a great holiday but there was a lot of stairs which made it challenging with two toddlers under 2 years old. Fantastic pool and the views were stunning.

Das Objekt hat uns sehr gut gefallen; alles war, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben; sauber und schön. Die Bäder waren hochwertig. Die Poolbeleuchtung haben wir nicht aktivieren können, keine Ahnung woran das lag.
