A spacious and well appointed luxury 5 bedroom/4.5 bath townhome in Edgewater Park - a gated community next to the Rehoboth-Lewes canal - just a 20 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, 5 minute walk to Rehoboth Avenue and the fabulous restaurants and shops in Rehoboth, and a 5 minute drive to the outlets and tax-free Delaware shopping. A great location for walking, biking, shopping and dining. Perfect for a comfortable gathering of your family and friends.

Freshly painted in 2020. High powered 240 volt electric car charging plug available. Enjoy the private community swimming pool steps away. The Rehoboth-Lewes bike path is also nearby.

This is a 4 story townhome, with 3 master suites:
-First Floor: garage and entrance with a master bedroom suite (new for 2019 - queen mattress), attached bath, and sliding glass doors to patio. Full size washer/dryer is also on the first floor.

-Second Floor: open plan large kitchen and family room separated by a breakfast bar. Very well appointed and equipped kitchen for all of your gourmet cooking needs. Gas grill on the deck outside of the kitchen. New kitchen chairs for 2019. All new GE stainless steel kitchen appliances in 2021

-Third Floor: three bedrooms - one en suite (new for 2019 - queen bed) with its own bathroom, and deck; the second bedroom has 2 twins; and the third has a queen bed. Full bathroom.

-Fourth Floor: grand master bedroom (king bed) with TV, its own deck and a large luxurious bathroom with twin sinks, a large soaking tub and separate shower.

WiFi internet access (with boosters throughout the house) and cable TV. Books, movies and games are provided. A few beach chairs and beach toys available.

Linens and towels are not provided but upon request we can provide information on renting them.

Sorry, no pets, no smoking.

End of summer review

Comfortable enough. A little worse for wear. I suspect that it was suffering from a lot of use earlier in the summer. AC, hot water, laundry, and internet worked really well. Kitchen is only well stocked if you want to make corn and pasta. If you want to bake, bring your own equipment and drop oven temp about 30 degrees.

Wonderful Home

Our family of 6 adults and 3 children under the age of 10 loved our stay at this well-kept, exceptionally clean, and fully supplied home. The beautiful kitchen and family room were perfect for the family to gather for meals, games, and watching television. The location was ideal for the children to play in the nearby park and restaurants are well within walking distance. The pool is an added bonus. Above all, communication from and with the hosts was superb. Highly recommend this property.

Great home and great owners!

We stay in rehoboth every summer and stay in edgewater park 95% of the time. We thought this house was at the top of our love list. The kitchen was well stocked with quality items to cook with. Decor was simple and tidy. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and very helpful with providing info. We would stay here again!
