The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Kitchen: Load dishwasher and start it. Wash or rinse used dishes.
No need to strip beds, our cleaning service takes care of that. All we ask is that you place towels in the washing machine and start the washer.
Trash: Bag all trash. Take trash to outdoor trash cans. Remove food from fridge Home Settings: Set thermostat to 78°. Turn off lights and ceiling fans. Close and lock all doors and windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

As native Texans, this lake holds a special place in our hearts. I spent many weekends here growing up, making memories that have stayed with me through the years. Now it’s a place where my wife and I find rest, and where we love creating new memories with our children, family, and friends.

Why they chose this property

This lake is truly a hidden gem. We love the tall trees, the quiet scenery, and the peaceful pace out here. The lake itself is spring-fed, giving it beautifully clear water that makes it especially refreshing. One of our favorite spots nearby is the little Italian restaurant right on the water.
