The cosy holiday flat "Maria Feucht" is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Überlingen and is only a few minutes walk from the shore of Lake Constance. The 30 m² large apartment is on the 2nd floor and consists of a living area with kitchenette, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and thus offers space for 2 persons. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television and a hair dryer. On the furnished balcony you can start the day with coffee and breakfast while enjoying a wonderful view of the lake. The communally used garden also invites you to relax. The next supermarket is only 800 m away, a bakery and a restaurant are within 9-10 minutes walking distance. The nearest beach, Strandbad West, where you can swim in the clear blue water and enjoy the fantastic panorama, is only a 9-minute walk away. The well-kept park with deer enclosure, which is only a 7-minute walk away, has a shady picnic area and a viewpoint, while the charming centre of Überlingen with its beautiful architecture, lively promenades and a thermal spa is only about 1.2 km away. From the ferry pier in Meersburg, a 20-minute drive away, you can cross the lake to Konstanz and visit the picturesque old town. The Lake Constance region also offers numerous great hiking and cycling trails.

Kleine Wohnung in Überlingen

Pros: Alles sehr sauber. Zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Herr Merten war sehr sehr nett. Cons: Gardinen am Fenster zur Seite wären nicht schlecht. Im Bad lässt sich das Fenster nicht öffnen.

Wunderbare Aussicht

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Wir haben die fantastische Aussicht auf den Bodensee sehr genossen. Für die paar Tage unseres Aufenthaltes war die Größe vollkommen ausreichend.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ruhig.

Pros: Die Wohnung hatte eine gute Lage, war sehr schön und hatte eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Auch zu Fuß war der See sehr schnell und bequem zu erreichen.

Schöne Wochnung mit tollem Ausblick und voller Ausstattung

Pros: Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend eingerichtet mit allem was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Leider hatten wir nicht das beste Wetter sodas wir die Dachterrasse nicht nutzen konnten aber der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind. Cons: Da fehlt uns nichts ein sind super zufrieden gewesen.

Auch im Winter toll

Pros: Der Gastgeber wohnt im Haus und macht eine ausführliche Einweisung zur Nutzung des großen Fernsehers und der Herdplatten. Die Aussicht auf den See ist gut und zur Therme ist es nicht weit. In 15-20min ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Ausstattung und Aufteilung. Cons: Nur Kleinigkeiten. Eine Steckdose am Bett wäre schön gewesen und etwas mehr Geschirr. Das Kopfkissen ist etwas zu groß und die Deckenlampen wechseln die Helligkeit.

Einfach schön und erholsam.

Pros: Lage zum Bodensee, Stadtpark, Stadt und Seepromenade sehr schnell und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Lage. Verbindungen zur Insel Mainau, Konstanz usw. sind von Überlingen aus sehr gut zu erreichen . Die Bootsanlieger sind direkt an der Seepromenade. Cons: Es gab nichts.

Pros: Die Vermieter waren super nett und hilfsbereit Cons: Man hätte uns vielleicht mitteilen sollen, das sich von Montag bis Freitag in der Zeit von 7 Uhr bis 17 Uhr direkt eine sehr, sehr laute Baustelle befindet (mit Bohrungen) Erholung war in Frage gestellt.....
