Fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath:
Upper Level: *Living, Kitchen, Dining *Primary bedroom w/ King Bed and en suite, sleeper sofa in living room Lower Level: *Two guest bedrooms with Queen beds and a shared bath at the end of the hallway
In the heart of town but very private and peaceful.
Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
All parking to be done on street out front. Garage is converted into game room. No parking in front of garage.
We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.
Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords
We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.
Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport
Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

Location, location, location! What an awesome house with so many amenities, so close to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with breakfasts on the deck in the morning sun, using the toys in the garage for the beach all day and the bbq for dinners after sunset. The beds were comfortable and the layout was great. We'll be back!

We really didn’t know the living quarters were upstairs. It was very difficult as we had one handicapped and the rest all elderly. The stairs were difficult. It would have helped if there was a room map on the website like was posted in the house.Also there was a lot of dust in the house. As neat freaks, we had to wipe most of the counters, tables, headboards down at check in.Parking was difficult at times and we saw no reason that we could not park in the garage.

For parking, guests have full access to the garage and we provide photos of stairs and description stating the two levels throughout our listing. We will be following up with the additional items internally as we want all guests to have a 5 star stay experience.
