About this property

Modern Apartment 2 in House Sohl with Private Balcony & WiFi

Our house is located in a quiet residential area in Friedrichshafen. Lake Constance is only a quarter of an hour away by car.



Our well-equipped and modern holiday flat is very central and less than one kilometre away from the village centre, the next shopping facilities, a bakery, a pharmacy, a doctor, a bank and various restaurants. The airport is less than a 10 minute drive and the train station is only 5 minutes away by car. The nearest bus stop is right in front of the house and the local bus takes you to all the surrounding villages.

The apartment offers with approx. 62 square meters a lot of space for two persons or a small family with up to three persons, who can spend a wonderful holiday here.

The apartment is also on the first floor and is comfortably furnished. It has an open kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishes, tea/coffee maker, sink, ceramic hob and an extractor fan.



The bright living and dining area is equipped with a dining table for up to three people, a sofa bed (3rd person bookable on request) and a TV. The kitchen, dining room and living room are one large open space. The balcony, which is completely protected from rain, invites you to sunbathe in good weather. It is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol.

In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. Next to it there is a modern bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer.



Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. In addition, you have free access to WLAN in the entire apartment. Also the final cleaning is already included in the price - as well as a parking space for a car and for bicycles directly at the house.





Please note that we are unfortunately unable to accommodate dogs and that these are non-smoking apartments.



The arrival is possible from 16 o'clock, the departure until 10 o'clock.

Pros: Die Wohnung ( großes Wohnzimmer mit TV und Stoffsofa mit angrenzenden Küchenbereich + Esstisch - großes Schlafzimmer mit großen Bett und super Matratzen - Bad sehr neu und hübsch mit Dusche . alles war tip-top sauber - die Küchenausstattung super ( Toaster / Kaffeemaschine / Wasserkocher / Spülmaschine / Micro-Backofen / Induktionsherd / Wohnung liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse mit freien Ausblick vom Balkon über die Apfelbaumfelder . Die Wohnung ist ideal für einen schönen entspannten Urlaub. Cons: Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist auf Dauer nicht so bequem, wir haben uns zum gemütlichen Sitzen die Tische '' zum Beine ausstrecken '' zur Hilfe genommen. Bei so häufigen Urlauberwechsel wäre ein abwischbares Sofa hygienischer.

Pros: Ruhige Ortsrandlage der FeWo. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Gute Infrastruktur im Umfeld. Guter Zugang zu den Wanderwegen. Ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr nette Vermieter-Familie. Cons: Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Das Sofa in FeWo 2 ist für Personen über 185 bei gemeinsamer Nutzung mit einer zweiten Person etwas zu kurz. Alternative wäre ein gepolsterter Hocker als Beinauflage.

Tolle Lage, Super Wohnung

Pros: Das Haus war super ausgestattet, die Lage war sehr ruhig. Für Pärchen die einen entspannten Urlaub am Bodensee machen wollen perfekt. Check-in und Kontakt zum Gastgeber verlief einwandfrei und man konnte sich bei fragen immer melden. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Kleine Info, der Ofen und die Mikrowelle sind ein Gerät falls sich jemand wundert wo sich beide befinden auf den Bildern. Bedienung für alles selbst erklärend. Herd ist Induktion was mir sehr gefiel da das kochen sehr schnell ging. In der nähe gibt es Edeka, Marktkauf, Kaufland und Aldi. 5-10min sind es mit dem Auto nach Friedrichshafen. Von dort aus kommt man an alle schöne Orte vom Bodensee. Egal ob Auto oder Schiff. Auch viele Hofläden in der Nähe die ich nur empfehlen kann. Der Parkplatz war super was bei vielen Ferienwohnungen schwierig sein kann, hier gab es einen schönen Stellplatz am Haus. Ich werde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall Familie und Freunden empfehlen wenn Sie nach Friedrichshafen wollen.

Wunderschön und erholsam

Die Wohnung ist sehr sonnig, hell und sehr ruhig. Die Qualität der Ausstattung ist außergewöhnlich gut. Tolle Qualität. Wunderschönes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, wunderschönes Schlafzimmer, wunderschönes Bad, tolle Veranda unter Dach. Der Kontakt mit der Vermiterin war sehr freundlich, sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns noch nie in einer Ferienwohnung so wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank!!! Die Wohnung ist unterm Dach, SOHL2

Tolle Wohnung!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt! Jedes Fenster ist mit Rolladen bestückt, manche sogar mit Fliegendraht, so dass man auch nachts bei heißem Wetter gut lüften kann. Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet und hervorragend in Schuss! Ein überdachter Balkon mit Blick auf das Erdbeerfeld und die dahinter liegenden Berge lädt auf ein Glas Wein in der untergehenden Sonne ein. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, hat eine Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe und ist per ÖPNV sehr gut erreichbar. Freundliche und ruhige Vermieter. Das war rundum perfekt! Vielen Dank!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt, Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, der Bodensee ist auch nicht weit. Wir kommen gern mal wieder.
