APT GARATUCAIA - SEASONAL OR ANNUAL RENTAL.

Hello, I provide the second floor property on the left side of this building for rent, which follow the following characteristics:
Apartment 100 meters away from the beach, 20 minutes from the center of Angra. The house has a living room, three bedrooms, a fully tiled kitchen, a tiled bathroom with shower, a balcony, a laundry area, all rooms with a great finish and furnished. Gated community with total security. The apartment has in our yard: in the front a shower, and in the back an area with two barbecue, there is also garage for two cars.
It is noteworthy that as it is a plot with four houses, the grills and garage work on a rotating basis, ie once a guest of any of the properties is using, you must wait for it to end so that another can enjoy both the garage as of barbecue grills.

We provide contract and receipt for the safety of both parties.

A casa é funcional, simples, mas com tudo o que se precisa. Tem uma ótima localização, o condomínio é tranquinlo e lindo. É minha segunda vez nessa casa, voltarei mais vezes. Com a flexibilidade da quarentena, resolvemos viajar tomando todas as precauções, viajei com marido e filhos e York, meus sogros e meu cunhado esposa e bebê, totalizando 9 pessoas e casa comportou todos muito bem, a casa é em condomínio fechado com total segurança e cidade não tem aglomeração e é calma e tem como curtir a praia com distanciamento. Decepcionante

O imóvel fica dentro de um condomínio com portaria e seguranças. Mas ao chegar na casa, tem vaga para dois veículos, mas o hospede da casa de baixo estava usando as duas vagas e deixamos carro para lado de fora na rua. Ao entrar, percebemos o problema. 1. Banheiro: pia entupida, chuveiro amarrado com linha de varal e assento da bacia rachada a ponto de machucar. 2. Cozinha: fogão engordurado, borracha da geladeira descolada e APENAS 1 Copo na casa. 3. Quartos: colchões tinha mal odor (parecia que tinha sido molhado) e estavam bem gastos. A praia é bem limpa e você tem que levar suas bebidas/comidas porque não tem quiosque no local. Para meu caso que fui com crianças, eles não aproveitaram muito a praia porque é de tombo com ondas fortes.
