The home is located close to town, offering easy access to I-75 and is also less than a mile from the North Central State Trail.

The home is just a few minutes from Treetops Resort, Otsego Resort, Inukshuk Shores Waterpark, and many beautiful lakes. Enjoy Northern Michigan's year round outdoor activities with golfing, swimming, boating, and skiing/snowboarding/tubing!

Enjoy gathering for a fun day of adventures & cozy evenings, this home provides a welcoming atmosphere.

Guests can stay comfortable year-round with boiler heat and mini split a/c.

Please note, there are 6 steps from the exterior for accessibility and 2 stair cases in the interior of the home. The home is not wheel chair accessible. Please reach out to host to see if accommodations can be made for any handicap needs, if possible.

There is one king bedroom on the main living level, along with a half bath.

The remaining king bedroom and three queen bedrooms are located on the second living level, as well as the two full bathrooms. The laundry is located on the main level.

The property offers 4 off-street parking spots available for guest. Street parking is available during the spring, summer, and fall seasons. Winter season street parking is not permitted.

Please reach out if you are bringing a trailer for a boat, snowmobiles or any other trailer, as prior plans for accommodation will need to be made with host.

The garage is for owner use only, there is no access for guests.

No Smoking indoors or near the buildings. Smoking indoors will results is a $500 fee charged to guest and or termination of booking.

**This home is in a residential neighborhood. Please enjoy your stay and respect the neighbors quite enjoyment of their homes as well. Quiet hours are between 9PM and 8AM. Any loud music or disturbances within the quite hours will result in booking termination.

There is a security camera on the exterior of the property near the entrance to the home and a second security camera on the rear porch.

Why they chose this property

Downtown Gaylord is a fun place to live! Many great restaurants and shops to explore. Lot of outdoor activities such as golfing, skiing, tubing, bike riding, trail blazing, and lake activities. The Elk Park is fun. Gaylord has so much to enjoy plus it is within driving distance to may other Northern Michigan towns such as Mackinaw, Traverse City, Petoskey, the Upper Peninsula for fun day excursions.

Wallpaper! There are so many fun patterns to enjoy. Also at almost 3500 sq. ft. of living space, there is so much room for activities! This home is Victorian in its building construction. As a historic home, it welcomes guests to step back in time. Modern upgrades provide a comfortable guest experience. Upgraded Helix Luxe Mattresses on Thuma bed frames make for a relaxing sleeping experience. Leather sofas and recliners in the living room with a 75" TV for entertainment. Thoughtful amenities throughout the home provide a home away from home guest experience. Carefully curated decor to subtly enhance the guests senses to enjoy the space.
