Comfortable Apartment (30 m²) in Winterberg

A very quiet, cosy apartment in Winterberg. The apartment is located on the top floor on a quiet side street, about 350 m from the Winterberg ski circuit, the bike park, and the bobsleigh track; hiking trails are also right next to the apartment. The city centre is within walking distance. Over 30 square metres of living space ensure you’ll have an unforgettable holiday. The bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm) and plenty of closet space for clothes. The dining area and kitchen are fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, kitchenette, and a full set of dishes. The living area features a comfortable sleeper sofa, a TV, and access to the balcony. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, and towel warmer. Bed linens, towels, free Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning are included in the price. An extra bed is available upon request. There is also a barbecue area in the garden. Additionally, there is a small garden sauna, which you are welcome to reserve upon arrival for a small additional fee. Payment is made on-site in cash. A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed upon request and for a fee. A cot or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax of 3.50 EUR per person (ages 16 and older) per day must be paid on site.
