Adorable beach house situated in Pelican Shores community on Manasota Key with private beach access and kayak/community boat dock.
Beautifully furnished - looks like something out of a coastal home magazine where guests will enjoy the care the owners have put into creating the perfect vacation rental.
Large open plan living room is situated to the front of the house, with comfortable furnishings and beachy decor.
There is open plan dining area with table and chairs and fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator.
Kitchen leads to large laundry room with washer and dryer.
Going through to the back of the home there is large family room all glass enclosed with another comfortal sectional sofa and large flat screen tv on the wall.
Three beautifully furnished bedrooms, one with king, second with king and third with queen size. The master has its own bathroom and other two bedrooms share guest bathroom.
You will enjoy the peace and tranquility of Pelican Shores which make you feel you are in old Florida with all the beautiful oak trees and landscaping.
A truly nice place to spend a vacation.

We had a great week overall and really enjoyed our time in the area. The home itself was very nice, and the large living room was perfect for me, my 16-year-old son, and his best friend to relax and hang out.A few things could make the stay even better. It would be helpful to have starter supplies for the coffee machine (since it’s not a standard K-cup), along with basics like dish soap and beach towels—we ended up purchasing our own.Communication could also be improved. We didn’t receive beach access instructions until we reached out, and there was no parking available. The beach itself was very small—too small for two teenage boys to even toss a football comfortably.The listing mentioned private dock/bay access, but it was not available. A neighbor shared it had been damaged in hurricanes and is still being rebuilt, which was disappointing as it was something we were looking forward to.We also saw mention of a community golf cart but didn’t receive any information on how to use it. Checkout instructions were not provided either, so we followed standard practice and left the home clean and respectful.On a positive note, the wagon at the property was a great touch—we used it daily for beach trips.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return to the area.

I am sorry to read we did not get 5 stars as we strive to get that. We have just started re-renting this house after it was recently back on the rental market after the floods. I will make a note to put info in on the beach access again and the Stumpys Golf Cart service I talked about I did however reply immediately to any questions you had so I do think the communication was good. Glad you enjoyed the wagon for the beach, and hopefully you will come back and we can get 5 stars Thank you
