This home features a convenient self check-in for a smooth and flexible arrival. While we are not on-site, our local team is available if needed. We provide 24-hour guest support for anything that may arise during your stay and are always happy to help when it matters.

Perched just above the village of Jeffersonville, Swiss Hill Farm House offers a peaceful, tucked-away setting with the convenience of town just minutes away. In under a 5-minute drive, you’ll reach Jeffersonville’s charming main street, home to local restaurants, bakeries, and small shops—easy to enjoy, yet far enough away to return to quiet and privacy at the end of the day.

Guests have full access of the property aside from the storage shed and basement.

The farmhouse is spacious, welcoming, and thoughtfully furnished. Natural light pours into every room, while views of the surrounding woods create a sense of privacy and connection to nature.

Bathrooms:
• 1 full bath upstairs
• 1 full bath on the main floor

Accessibility Note:
A handrail has been installed along the entry stairs for added support. Guests looking to minimize stair use may appreciate the main-floor bedroom and full bathroom. Additional bedrooms and the second bathroom are located upstairs and require the use of stairs.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped for cooking and gathering, featuring an updated electric range, large farmhouse sink, coffee setup, cookware, spices, and everyday essentials. Please note that some listing photos may still show the farmhouse's beloved vintage red stove, which has since been retired and replaced with a modern electric model.

Living Room:
Comfortable seating, a pellet-stove fireplace for chilly evenings, and plenty of natural light—perfect for reading, game nights, shared meals, and reconnecting.

Guests will need a car to get around the area, and there is space for three cars to park at the house.

**Wildlife Is Part of the Charm. You may spot deer, turkeys, or even the occasional fox roaming the lawn—just one of the many perks of mountain life! Sometimes you’ll notice droppings outside; they’re harmless and actually great for the soil. Welcome to the countryside!

**Pet-Friendly, With a Few Ground Rules
We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! Just a few requests:
Please keep pets off the furniture and beds.
No pets left home alone or closed in rooms—it can be stressful for them and tough on the house.
If you’re heading out without them, consider a local pet-sitter or bring a crate if needed.

**Respect the Quiet. Sound travels easily in the mountains—please keep outdoor noise to a minimum, especially at night, so everyone can enjoy the peace and stargazing.

**The property includes an outdoor fire ring for cozy, fireside moments. We recommend bringing your own firewood, as on-site supply may vary. Kindling, fire starter, and lighters are provided for ease of use. If you’d prefer, you’re welcome to request firewood in advance—we’re happy to have it available on site for your arrival for an additional fee.

**Please note that New York State enforces an annual burn ban each spring (typically March through May), which prohibits outdoor burning, including campfires and fire pits. We kindly ask guests to follow all local regulations during this time.
