The space

The ground floor flows from front door to sliding glass doors without a single awkward transition. The kitchen is fully stocked for everything from a quick breakfast before the parks to a full family dinner - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware and dishes you need. A dining table anchors the eating area, and the living room is right there when you're ready to slow down. Step through the sliding doors and you'll find a patio or balcony that draws in the Florida light and lets the outdoors in.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The main level hosts a private king bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom - ideal for guests who prefer single-floor living or simply want a quieter corner of the home. Upstairs, a second king bedroom also comes with a dedicated ensuite, giving the home two genuine primary suites. The remaining two bedrooms each feature twin beds and share a full bathroom between them - one is themed around Mickey, the other around Snoopy, making them an instant hit with younger guests.

A starter supply of essentials is provided - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For extended stays, you may need to restock.

Universal Studios Orlando is approximately 23 miles away (around 30 minutes), and SeaWorld Orlando is about 20 miles (around 25 minutes). ESPN Wide World of Sports, Old Town Kissimmee, and The Mall at Millenia are all within 35 minutes. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 30 miles away, about a 35-minute drive.
