Designed for guests seeking modern coastal elegance, spacious accommodations, and unbeatable proximity to the beach, this stunning home offers panoramic Gulf views, upscale amenities, and room for families or groups to vacation together comfortably.

Situated directly across the street from the Dune Allen Regional Beach Access, guests enjoy a short 2–4 minute walk to the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico—with no long boardwalks or shuttle rides required.

This custom-built home was thoughtfully designed to maximize Gulf views from nearly every level. Two expansive covered patios overlook the water, providing the perfect setting for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or relaxing after a day at the beach.

The main home features five spacious bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, plus a private carriage house offering additional living space and privacy—ideal for extended family or couples traveling together.
