What makes this property unique is something you will have to experience for yourself. Shared with only three neighbors, our contiguous properties cover 100 acres along the creek. Once a cotton plantation, this property was also home to indigenous Indians and sometimes you can find an ancient piece of pottery along the marsh at low tide. Chairs sit on a shell midden and if you listen carefully, you may hear whispers of elders.
Wildlife runs freely and you will see deer, raccoons, possums, wood storks, osprey, eagles, herons, egrets, and painted buntings, to name a few. When the tide is right, you may see dolphins, otters, and minks.
