Per Cocoa Beach City Ordinance for vacation rental homes - 8 guest max and 4 car limit at any given time. Quiet hours 10pm until 8am.
House Rules

- No parties or spring breakers please. This is a property for those who want to relax set in a quiet location.
-Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING in or on property
-No pets of any kind permitted. Unauthorized pets will result in additional fees and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
-This is a quiet family neighborhood and we observe quiet time from 10:00pm to 8:00am
- Check in is 3:00pm and Checkout is at 10:00am
- There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that`s lost and not recoverable.
- No Refunds on reservations cancelled due to a violation of our house rules.

We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. Sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. If you are experiencing a stay altering issue with the property please notify us immediately.

VACATION RENTAL LEASE ADDENDUM

Welcome to the City of Cocoa Beach. You are provided with the information below in order to give you the best opportunity possible to enjoy your stay.

Protection of residents and guests

Personal safety
* Take note of the exits and study the evacuation map provided by the
owner.
* Find the phone provided onsite for your assistance. If there is an emergency, medical or otherwise, call 911.

Maximum occupancy
* The maximum number of guests permitted is 8 guests.

Parking
* The maximum number of vehicles permitted onsite is 4.
* Vehicle parking is permitted only in the areas designated on the posted sketch.
* No parking is allowed on the street or sidewalk.


Driving around the city
* The maximum speed limit within most of Cocoa Beach is 35 MPH, please observe all posted speed limits.
* The main north/south roadway is SR A1A, also called North Atlantic and South Atlantic Avenues and North Orlando and South Orlando Avenues.
* The main east/west roadway into and out of Cocoa Beach is SR 520, also called Cocoa Beach Causeway (East and West).

Evacuation requirements
* If an evacuation order is given, all guests and pets must evacuate.
* Do not leave any pets or family members behind.
* Notify the Cocoa Beach Police if assistance is needed.

Garbage
* Picked up twice a week on Tuesday and Friday.
* Containers are green topped and rolled to the curb on pickup day by 7:00am please
* Containers are to be removed from the curb before 7:00 PM please

Recycling
* Picked up once a week on Friday
* Containers are yellow topped and rolled to the curb on pickup day before 7:00 AM.
* Containers are to be removed from the curb before 7:00 PM.

* Sea turtle nesting season is from March 1 to October 31 each year during the nighttime (dusk to dawn).
* For properties next to the beach:
o Glass windows and doors are to be covered during nighttime hours or interior lights need to be turned off. Rear porch lights are to be turned off.
* Night time lighting is prohibited from illuminating any portion of the beach.
* No flashlights are to be used while walking on the beach.
* Look out for sea turtle nests and do not disturb nests when walking or enjoying the beach.
* If hatchlings are observed, leave them alone and make sure all light sources are extinguished.
* If hatchlings are observed heading away from the ocean, call Cocoa Beach Police.
* Leave nothing on the beach after your visit.
