**The water level on the lake is currently VERY LOW due to drought and there is currently NO water at our lakefront.** Home on Lake Hartwell with private dock in a quiet cove 12 miles from Clemson. Property is Updated, clean, and cozy—ideal for families, friends, and football weekends. Highlights: • 3 BR / 2 BA, Sleeps 7-8 adults (1 King & 1 twin trundle , 1 twin/Qn bunk, 2 twins plus 2 Qn Murphy beds in Living areas) • 2 patios, grill & fire pit • outdoor games • 2 TVs, fireplace.

This Hartwell home was ideal for our small family getaway. We arrived to find a well appointed, clean and comfortable home. Unlike many rentals, this property "feels like home". It is spacious but cozy. You have ample relaxation space in both family rooms, upstairs and downstairs. The home is equipped with every kitchen essential we needed for family meal prep, freshly made beds with inviting and soft linens, definitely above average bathroom linens and lots of fun games and activities. Our host Tricia was always prompt with responses to messages and questions and wonderful to work with. Our group varied from 2 years old to 80 and everyone had a great time. We will definitely return.
